GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY

Within 3 hours from the time the facebook account is purchased on the system, the customer is entitled to the warranty in the following cases:

  • No refunds of any kind
  • First time login failed (Wrong UID, wrong password, wrong 2FA code)
  • Account with pre-restricted ads (Cannot create Camp, Add BM)
  • Account has been disabled personal ad account before
  • The [Forgot Password] function is not allowed - We reserve the right to cancel the warranty if you use this function!
  • After 3 hours from the time of purchase, all warranties for Facebook Account will be canceled. Please check the product carefully in the first 3 hours and consider before purchasing.

 

Verified Accounts - Warranty 1 for 1

  • Within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Warranty 1 for 1 if the account does not have a green check mark of 2 lines or 3 lines.
  • Facebook can be scanned to make the green tick disappear at any time, if after 24 hours from the time of purchase, the green tick disappears (the account is restricted again) will not be warranted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty if you have used the Account for any purpose
       
     

 

Business Manager (Bm) - Warranty 1 for 1

  • Invite Link to receive BM cannot be accessed (Link error, Link expired)
  • BM is restricted from advertising (BM die - Unable to create ad account)
  • BM has ad account disabled (BM live - Die ad account)
  • For Business Verification BM: Warranty 1 to 1 if the green is missing within 7 days from the date of purchase of the BM on the system
  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty if you have used the BM for any purpose

 

For special products such as nolimit, 1500$, 250$... Separate warranty policy is written directly on the product label.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - FACEBOOK ACCOUNT
 

Customers are not warranted for their facebook account in the following cases:

  • Your account is checkpointed by creating Campaign, Add card, Add BM, Add personal facebook account, register BM...
  • Your account is restricted from advertising by creating Camp, Add card, Add BM, Add personal facebook account, register BM...
  • Your account has been disabled by you for personal advertising accounts by creating Camp, Add cards
  • Account is checkpointed after logging in or changing account information
  • Account threshold is reduced after adding card or changing time zone, currency

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - BUSINESS MANAGER

  • BM that you created Camp (Including draft)
  • BM has been added payment information by you (Add card)
  • BM has been created an ad account by you
  • BM has been created Pixel by you or received Pixel from another BM
  • BM verified by temporary mail service (Mail10m,...)
  • BM's threshold dropped
  • Change ad account currency in BM
  • Customers using virtual cards are not eligible for warranty on the website (Hold or Disble warranty applies to real cards ,physical cards).

(*) Within 24 hours from soaking BM: If BM is restricted from advertising or the Ad Account is disabled, absolutely do not send an appeal to BM (Ad account) on its own. If you have filed an appeal with BM, that BM will not be covered under warranty.
